This World Clock presentation is very old… I mean, almost embarrassingly old. It was necessary to digitally record this over from an old archived VHS cassette tape, so the naturally the video quality on this was not the best to begin with. Then quality was reduced yet again to prepare the 30 minute length video for upload and viewing on the web.

As for background, before this talk was given, I had precious little time to prepare. After Rosemary Broccoli tracked me down through a friend at work, she asked if I might want to share in a conversation about the World Clock on her own local public access cable channel that Thursday evening. It took just a moment for me to say yes, and that I would enjoy such an opportunity very much, and so I did, and thus it went.

With no script written in advance, and not even real overall plan, I simply answered her questions as best as was possible right off the top of my head. Thus this video is provided for historical and hysterical purposes, and should not be considered the definitive World Clock explanation, but more as just a rather clumsy introduction.
